The Children’s Developmental Center (The Center), in Richland, WA, is hiring a People and Operations Director, a
leadership role that partners closely with the Executive Director to lead human resources, organizational culture, and
internal operations. This position provides strategic leadership while ensuring that people, systems, operational
infrastructure, and internal processes are effective, compliant, and aligned with The Center’s mission and values.
