About the Role

PATIENT DRIVER POSITION

Maxim Healthcare Services is in need of a patient driver to transport a homecare patient to and from his dialysis

appointments three days a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Patient lives in Boulder, CO. Responsibilities include

driving the patient and his homecare RN/LPN to and from dialysis appointments, assisting the homecare RN/LPN with

loading and unloading the patient from the van, meeting at the patient's home to load him into the van and drive him to

the appointment, and returning to the hospital with the van to drive the patient home. Hours are Mondays, Wednesdays,
