JOB DESCRIPTION
Cresten Property Management is looking for a well-organized self-starter that gets work done accurately and efficiently!
This position will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance for a multi-family complex.
At a minimum the ideal candidate will have the knowledge to be able to:
* Use common hand and power tools. Tools may be provided by Company or Employee.
* Inspect, test, diagnose, estimate cost, and repair building systems and equipment.
