Manager Field Operations

About the Role

This role requires a dynamic and experienced Field Leader to oversee and support our logistics fulfillment teams in the

Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. This role will involve managing both W2 employees and 1099 contractors who handle logistics,

transportation, and fulfillment operations. The Field Leader will be responsible for managing teams in the Milwaukee, WI

area. This role will ensure that all teams meet performance standards, comply with regulations, and deliver exceptional

service to our customers while fostering a positive, productive work environment.
