About the Role
Position Summary
The Leader in Training helps ensure that all aspects of the practice operate fluidly and effectively. This position
conducts and helps train associates on establishing the highest level of patient care and satisfaction, including
resolving patient complaints. Assist the Office Manager and Assistant Office Manager in evaluating the trainee for
effectiveness of training and individual employee growth. This position will also learn the roles and responsibilities
of an Assistant Office Manager and Office Manager. This position will serve as a trainer, patient care coordinator,
