About the Role
LEAD MEDICAL SUPPORT ASSISTANT
The incumbent is an integral team member within the Whole Health Department and under Nurse Executive Services, at the
Minneapolis VAHCS. The WH department partners with all care areas within the healthcare system, to create a veteran
centered, WH approach to healthcare. Provides medical administrative and telehealth support to clinics/programs within
the WH Department to effectively carry out day-to-day operations in connection with the care and treatment given to
veterans and VA employees.
