About the Role
LB&B Associates is currently seeking a full-time Lead HVAC Mechanic in Burlington, VT (Federal Building). Hourly pay
rate: $46.35 per hour. Health and Welfare Pay: $7.50 per hour (Up to 40 hours per week). This full-time union position
offers vacation, sick leave, paid holidays and pension plan in accordance with the collective bargaining
agreement.Candidate must be willing to obtain/maintain Nate Certification within 6 months of employment. Lead HVAC
Mechanic (Nate Certified) pay rate is $48.41 per hour. The Lead HVAC Mechanic shall have at a minimum a high school
diploma or equivalency and at a minimum 5 years of recent (within the past 7 years) experience in directing operation
