About the Role

FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN, KOHLER HOSPITALITY

Work Mode: Onsite Location: Kohler, WI Opportunity To provide basic facilities maintenance and preventative maintenance

inspection as required to assure the functional reliability of patron facilities and optimum performance of one, if not

all building systems and equipment in the Hospitality & Real Estate Group properties. Must demonstrate and be proficient

at some technical skills such as but not limited to; carpentry, mechanicals, flooring, painting, electrical, pools,

HVAC, drywall, etc. Must exhibit good interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers.
